Reina, who is president of Mediation & Arbitration Services, Inc. has been a practicing lawyer for the past 30 years. During the early part of his career he conducted a general law practice with an emphasis on litigation. During the last 20 years, he has shifted his emphasis from litigation, in which he no longer engages, to mediation and arbitration in which he is certified.
